Uncertainty is a part of life and here to stay; of this we are certain. Who knows when there will be another public health emergency, or for that matter, when this one will end? The economy is a roller coaster. One wonders what the stores will run out of next, and even the weather cannot be counted on to behave normally. This pilot presentation, given by Judith Kolberg - a respected industry thought-leader, will describe four organizing projects specifically designed to make your clients feel more secure and in control of the future despite the era of uncertainty. You need not be an expert in each project area. In fact, you will discover that all the projects utilize tried-and-true organizing principles professional organizer and productivity consultants are already familiar with. You can offer the entire selection of projects to your clients as an Era of Uncertainty© package or choose the projects most compatible with your business strategy.

Participants will learn:

  • How Uncertainty Undermines the Capacity to Be and Stay Organized, and the surprising opportunity it offers for innovation
  • Specific Tried-and-True Organizing Principles and Skills that support organization in times of uncertainty, and a couple of new ones!
  • Concrete Organizing Projects to undertake with clients right now to help them in times of uncertainty.  These include: Managing Information Afterlife, Personal Supply Chain Management, Essential Disaster Preparedness, and The Closure Project.

Join Judith in this 2-hour pilot workshop to be there for your clients in this era of uncertainty.
