Leaders Are Made, Not Born!

Host: Krista Clive-Smith

Leadership isn't only about rank and position on an organizational chart—it's about creating a following, having influence, and helping to guide and inspire others to greatness, regardless of title or formal authority. And the great news isundefined

Leaders Are MADE, Not Born!

But how?

It's a winning combination of personal traits & abilities, skills & beliefs—a mode of conduct and a way of thinking. There are things you must be, know, and do. And you have to be able to walk your talk.

Regardless of whether you're looking to develop your leadership abilities within your business or career, in your personal life, or in NAPO, in this session you'll discover:
  • What it means to be a leader (regardless of title)
  • The six roles every leader must play in order to fulfill her leadership potential
  • What type of a leader you are and how you can be a great one (even if you're an introvert)
  • How NAPO can benefit you personally in addition to the business benefits you receive as a member
  • The Ripple Effect: How starting small can have a huge effect on your career path—and life
  • The concept of "intellectual philanthropy" and how it can change the lives of thousands of others by leveraging giving (and how to do it)
  • The NAPO-LA "Team": How you can harness the collective power of your individual successes and challenges as members while using your unique gifts & talents
