Learning to Use Technology with a
Hands-On Approach

“There is no paper in the future.
There is no future in paper.”

With the world shifting toward using less paper, the technology of scanning has changed. Scanning your documents no longer requires the large, bulky machine that used up a lot of your time and money. Learning how to use the new technology is a great start to getting you and your clients more organized. In this class, Jeremy Suede will show you the process of scanning, and you’ll be able to get hands-on time with actual scanners to learn yourself how they function and work.

You will learn:

  • Where to get a quality scanner
  • How to prepare before you start scanning
  • The process of scanning
  • How to organize and save your scanned files
  • What is “Cloud Storage” and how it helps

Learn How to Get On the Paperless Path!

Jeremy Suede is the owner of Innovative Office Solutions and has been scanning documents for more than 15 years. Having been an Office Manager for an accounting firm for 10 years, Jeremy got to see the changes in technology first hand when that firm decided to go paperless. Evolving with the technology allowed him to experience all the good (and bad) scanners have to offer. Realizing that there was a need for professional scanning services prompted him to open I.O.S. and provide those services to the public. He has been a Corporate Associate Member of NAPO-LA for almost two years and is currently the Newsletter Editor for the chapter.
