Professional Organizers are often asked about the legality of clients’ documents and files. When it comes to legal matters, you should always refer them to speak with a lawyer who has the specific knowledge they need to be sure they have the correct paperwork on hand when needed.

David R. Masci, Family Law Attorney and Mediator will be at the September Chapter Meeting to discuss how to legally organize your business and to run through the various legal issues facing small business owners, especially Professional Organizers. It’s a presentation not to be missed!

David Masci is an Attorney practicing in Westlake Village. He has had his own law practice for most of his 19-year career. His focus is family law, which takes him into many areas of the law. David lives in Camarillo with is wonderful wife Kathryn, daughter Alex (12), son Jack (11) and two dogs, Dakota and Lucy.
